Airties Firmware Download
The AirTies Air 4920 is rated as an AC1600 device, which is lower than the Velop’s AC2200-class rating. The reason is because the Air 4920 is a dual-band device and it broadcasts only a single 2.4GHz network and a separate 5GHz network. By using the web interface for one of the AirTies devices to update these settings, they will automatically be copied to the other access points. - Units are positioned too far apart or too many obstacles are present between devices. Move your Air 4920/4930 units closer to each other or realign to avoid obstacles.
- It is advisable to do the triple pack setup in the same room. As soon as the setup is complete you can move the devices to their intended locations. This eliminates the possibility of a failed installation due to “out-of-reach” devices.
- Most problems can be identified by keeping an eye on the LED lights on the front panel of the units.

- Please consider adding another mesh node to your installation. The wireless mesh link between the two Air 4920/4930 units can also be replaced with an Ethernet cable where and if convenient. This feature is especially useful in environments with high interference or where there are substantial obstacles to transmit through: e.g. reinforced concrete floors.
