Apple Driver

Now we have to install the driver’s:

Step 1: Connect your Apple device via USB Cable

Step 2: Open computer manager

To do this first right click on the This PC and then select manage to open computer manager in your PC.

Step 3: Then locate Apple mobile USB driver

When the computer manager is open go to left plan and find Device manager as show in the picture then scroll down and click on Universal Bus Serial Driver and then expand it. Now you will see the Apple mobile USB Driver.

If you will find Apple mobile driver and there is no symbol next to it this means driver is installed successfully and if you find symbol like “?” next to it then go to step 4 to install driver manually.

Step 4: Now Install the Apple mobile Device USB Driver manually:

Under other device double click on the universal bus serial driver. A pop up window is open you have to select the 2nd option Browse my computer for driver software.

The location where drivers are should be: “C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device SupportDrivers” (If you had changed your iTunes installing location, please follow your own location for this.) For 64 bit users, please kindly note that the driver should be in “Program Files” folder, not the ‘Program Files(x86)’ because (x86) is 32bit.

Step 5: Reconnect your device again.

After install/re-install the driver, unplug your apple iOS device and then again reconnect the device via USB cable. Now, your Apple (iOS) device driver detection issue would be fixed.

Note: The Apple Mobile Device USB Driver has not updated yet

If you have installed the Apple Mobile USB Driver , but still get “Device not detected” error, this may be caused by Apple Mobile USB Driver has not been updated.

To fix it, right-click on This PC icon and choose Manage to open the Computer Manager window. On the left panel, choose Device Manager. Then expand Universal Serial Bus to locate where the Apple Mobile USB Driver. Right click on the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver and then click on it to”Update driver”.

Then your problem will be solved.
